The Role

We are looking for a Sales Operation Analyst to join our Sales team in Lagos, Lagos State where progress, and humility are valued as highly as technical excellence.

This role is responsible for managing operational activities for the sales team at a regional level. This includes low-level reporting, supporting and handling administrative formalities such as commissions and service issues, organizing meetings and logistics, managing DSR database, information dissemination to the FSM/SE/CLs/DSRs.

What’s exciting about this role?

• Collate daily sales reports from direct and indirect sales channels.

• Maintain an accurate and updated list of Sales agents and Cluster Leaders.

• Ensure all registered DSRs have signed contract forms.

• Liaise with other units on behalf of Sales team for complaints and improvements.

• Register DSRs in a timely manner and maintain accurate DSR Database.

• Organize and/or anchor regular meetings and logistics as required.

• Ensure minutes of meetings are taken and well communicated to the team.

• Ensure DSRs’ complaints are escalated and resolved within agreed timelines.

• Coordinate and manage all DSR related activities.

• Ensure all relevant reports are published within stipulated timelines.

• Ensure all registered DSRs have signed contract forms.

• Management and disbursement of POSM items to the direct sales representatives

• Monitor and ensure all sales processes are flowing seamlessly.

• Review past sales data to reveal trends in productivity.

• Weekly payment follow-up with Finance and other related parties to support and rectify issues.

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources e.g. databases, other departments to create reports.

Expertise

Our expectations are that your CV reflects a rich blend of technical expertise and practical experience, positioning you as a valuable asset as a Sales Operation Analyst.

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related field.

• 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of working with SQL (preferably SQL Server) to query databases

• Previous experience with collating data and creating reports.

• High standards, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of working with other office productivity tools – Word, PowerPoint.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Pidgin.

• Should have a process-oriented mindset.

• Excellent Presentation, Communication, Coaching, and People Skills.

• Good Planning and Organization Skills.

• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
