The airline’s headquarters are located at 17 Simbiat Abiola Road, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria, with operational bases throughout Nigeria and West Africa. Since launching flights in 2002, Overland Airways has focused on boosting the development of Nigeria’s interior regions by providing dependable and seamless air travel for business and leisure passengers, connecting major hubs with remote areas.

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
Overland Airways, an IOSA-certified airline headquartered in Lagos, is looking for a skilled and energetic Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive sales targets, and contribute to achieving the company’s revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver top performance
- Seek out and develop new business prospects and market areas
- Monitor industry trends and activities of competitors
- Conduct sales analysis and forecasting
- Create and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients and business partners
Requirements:
- Verified experience in sales, with a preference in transportation or logistics sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Residency in Lagos, Nigeria is required
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Prior experience in the aviation sector will be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Capable of working effectively on your own as well as part of a team.
