Role Overview:
Drive sales of the Company’s products through a designated group of retail outlets and commercial partners, ensuring that sales targets are met within the required timeframes, contributing to the overall success of the area.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate sales through assigned retail and commercial accounts.

Meet volume targets on schedule to support overall area goals.

Monitor and report changes in trade, competitor activities, and market trends to keep the Company informed.

Foster strong relationships with colleagues in assigned outlets to support business objectives.

Manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

Maximize the impact of promotional budgets and deploy marketing materials effectively to influence customers.
Qualifications:

Minimum education of High School or equivalent.

Preferably hold a degree or comparable qualification.

Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Valid local driver’s license required.

Good understanding of the local travel industry.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Sales training with a recognized airline or travel agency is preferred.

Experience in junior management and the ability to work independently.

Legal right to work and reside in Nigeria.
