Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop hiring strategies, and lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while maintaining a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
