We are hiring to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee detailed budgets, cost projections, and financial documentation for ongoing projects.
- Manage procurement activities, including tender preparation and contract administration.
- Track project milestones, resource allocation, and delivery schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to facilitate effective and timely project execution.
- Generate valuations, progress documentation, and variation reports.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel to build cost-tracking systems, dashboards, and financial monitoring tools.
- Ensure adherence to applicable industry regulations and internal organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to quality, safety, and project scope.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple construction projects within budget and timelines.
- Professional membership (e.g., NIQS, PMI, RICS) is a plus.
- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in quantity surveying or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Project is mandatory.
Salary
₦250,000 Monthly
