Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across departments. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, resources, quality standards, stakeholder communications, risk assessments, and budget controls, ensuring each project aligns with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of cross-functional projects within defined timelines, scope, and cost parameters.

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient project delivery and stakeholder alignment.

• Track and control project budgets, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to minimize delays and project overruns.

• Facilitate meetings with project sponsors, team members, and vendors to ensure alignment and progress tracking.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop detailed implementation plans.

• Oversee change management and maintain consistent communication with all involved parties.

• Monitor performance indicators and prepare periodic reports on milestones, dependencies, and resource utilization.

• Promote adherence to corporate project governance frameworks and quality management standards.

• Build strong project business cases focused on financial metrics such as ROI, IRR, and NPV.

• Champion continuous improvement and post-project evaluations to enhance future project delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Technology, or related discipline).

• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2) is mandatory.

• 6–8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or project leadership role.

• Prior experience in telecoms or technology-related environments is highly desirable.
