Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Program Manager to oversee two vital areas: Youth Education & Skill Development and Community Health. This role will involve developing and implementing programs that enhance educational opportunities and skill development for youth, as well as creating health initiatives that benefit the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, a passion for community service, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
-Design and implement educational programs aimed at providing youth with essential skills and knowledge.
-Develop partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and community organizations to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
-Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other educational events.
-Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs, making adjustments as necessary to meet the needs of participants.
-Establish and maintain relationships with educational partners and stakeholders.
-Engage with the community to identify educational needs and opportunities.
-Promote programs and events to maximize participation and impact.
-Develop and execute community health programs focusing on wellness, preventive care, and health education.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals and organizations to provide accessible health services and resources.
-Coordinate community outreach initiatives, such as health fairs, workshops, and public health campaigns.
-Build and sustain partnerships with healthcare providers, clinics, and public health organizations.
-Engage with community members to identify health needs and develop targeted initiatives.
-Disseminate health-related information and resources to promote well-being within the community.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
-Proven experience minimum of 5 years in program management, specifically in youth education, skill development, or community health.
-Strong understanding of the educational and health-related challenges and opportunities within diverse communities.
-Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
-Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software).
