Job Title: Product Manager

About the Role
Mintyn is seeking a mid-to-senior level Product Manager with hands-on experience in developing and scaling digital platforms—especially within fintech or technology-driven industries. You will lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and research through to launch and refinement. The role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and oversee the product plan, making sure it complies with strategic business objectives.
- Track product performance and apply user feedback and metrics to optimize features.
- Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and updates to internal stakeholders.
- Prioritize user experience, placing the customer at the center of product development.
- Conduct market research and analyze user data to guide product decisions.
- Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to roll out impactful features efficiently.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience managing products in tech or finance settings.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital banking, payments, financial products, or blockchain is highly desirable.
- Must be flexible and flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- An additional benefit is having experience with software engineering or UI/UX design.
- Proven track record in managing complex platforms or product ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
