Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Process Improvement Manager to lead manufacturing efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive process optimization, reduce operational costs, and enhance product quality, while mentoring teams and implementing best practices across our plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement process improvement projects, including setup reduction and cycle time optimization, ensuring timely achievement of objectives.

• Analyze existing processes and redesign workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

• Develop and deliver training programs on process improvement techniques for team members.

• Manage the process improvement team to achieve measurable results.

• Support the development of new process capabilities and innovations.

• Conduct project management activities, including tracking analytics, milestones, and deliverables.

• Assess plant capacity utilization and propose solutions to meet short- and long-term operational needs.

• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address challenges in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), safety, and delivery.

• Leverage systems and tools to minimize equipment downtime and improve operational reliability.

• Prepare training materials and standard operating procedures for employees to adapt to new processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Lean Six Sigma certification is required.

• 7–10 years of experience in a manufacturing advisory or process improvement role.

• Proven track record in cost reduction, productivity improvement, and financial analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex projects.
