About the programme
The MTNN Y’ello Mums initiative offers a 1-year internship programme that supports career-oriented mothers as they transition back into the workforce. Applications are now open for MTN Nigeria Y’ello Mums Initiative Internship Programme 2025.
The initiative aims to support women who have stepped away from their careers to care for family, whether to nurture a newborn or care for a child facing health challenges.
By fostering long-term success and professional growth, the programme helps these women seamlessly reintegrate into their careers.
Who we’re looking for
- To be considered, applicants must have a minimum of 2-5 years of prior professional experience before their career break.
- They must also possess a relevant professional certification or demonstrate evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
