What you’ll do:
- Plan and implement marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Manage relationships with relevant agencies and vendors.
- Develop advertising materials for print, broadcast, and digital media.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
- Coordinate ATL, BTL, TTL, activities; events, sponsorships, and promotions.
- Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on other tasks assigned on project basis
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in media and marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, tactics and channels
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with media planning and buying.
- Strong analytical skills to measure 360 degree campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

- Reach, efficacy and frequency of marketing campaign projects.
- ROI of marketing and advertising activities.
- Engagement and conversion rates from marketing campaigns.
- Sustainability of LTV:CAC ratio
- Brand awareness and recall metrics.
