Marketing Manager in Hikky’s Hair

The Role

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in elevating Hikky’s Hair’s brand image
and driving sustainable growth. You will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns
across various channels, from social media and digital marketing to public relations and brand
partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve brand
awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
● Manage all aspects of Hikky’s Hair’s social media presence, creating engaging content,
and fostering a thriving online community.
● Oversee email marketing campaigns, crafting compelling newsletters and promotional
offers.
● Collaborate with the PR team to secure media coverage and build brand reputation.
● Manage and maintain the Hikky’s Hair website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually
appealing experience.
● Develop and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
● Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies in the luxury beauty
industry.
● Identify and implement innovative strategies to reach and engage a high-end clientele.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing or a related field (or 3+ years of equivalent work
experience)
● Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for luxury
brands.
● Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing
best practices.
● Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
● Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools a plus.
● Passion for the beauty industry and a keen understanding of luxury consumer trends.
