Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our recruitment agency’s services

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the management team to define marketing goals, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the recruitment industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
