Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and support daily activities in core departments such as Sales and Marketing.
  • Participate in organizational strategic planning and execution.
  • Attend departmental meetings, take detailed notes, and interact with team leaders and senior managers.
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, meet outlined training goals, and follow all organizational policies and safety standards.
  • Prepare documentation, maintain accurate records, and support internal communication.
  • Observe and contribute to disciplinary processes and conflict resolution practices.
  • Rotate across different branches or departments to gain hands-on experience.
  • Engage in workshops, meetings, and training opportunities.
  • Understand company protocols, structures, and workflows.

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper) in any discipline.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A background in Business, Management, Sales, or Customer Service is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capable of preparing and delivering professional presentations.
