We are a luxurious five-star hotel seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. Our hotel features state-of-the-art amenities, including a swimming pool, and we require a skilled professional to ensure seamless operations.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance and repair of our hotel’s facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities management, strong technical knowledge, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and supervise maintenance staff.
2. Oversee daily maintenance
3. Manage and supervise maintenance staff.
2. Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance schedules.
3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to:
Air Conditioning (AC) and Chiller systems.
Electrical systems (including generators and UPS).
Pool systems (filtration, heating, and chemical balance).
Plumbing and water treatment systems.
5. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
6. Develop and implement maintenance budgets and cost-control measures.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
8. Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a hospitality environment.
3. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool systems.
4. Experience with facilities management software.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
7. Certification in maintenance management or related field (e.g., COREN).
