Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of technical, professional, and leadership training programs essential to workforce development and strategic objectives
• Collaborate with Learning Program Designers and Operations Managers to facilitate online, blended, and classroom-based training delivery
• Gather and evaluate learning data to monitor learner progress, assess delivery quality, and demonstrate job performance improvements
• Generate monthly reports that highlight key performance metrics and monitor the progress of training program implementation.
• Analyze insights with business stakeholders to make informed decisions for enhancing learning outcomes
• Support global project teams in launching new roles or business lines in various regions
• Partner with L&D Program Designers to create impactful new course content
• Ensure training programs utilize interactive methods that encourage learner engagement and sustained knowledge retention
• Assess instructor performance to maintain a high standard of facilitation
• Support the testing and rollout of innovative learning design strategies and emerging instructional techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in corporate learning, education, or organizational development, including global program implementation
• Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program or hold a valid exemption certificate.
• Experience managing virtual training environments
• Familiarity with Agile or other rapid learning development methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting
• Innovative, collaborative team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills
• Certification in facilitation, leadership training, or coaching is an added advantage
• Professional fluency in both written and spoken English
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travelling as required.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms, training systems, and basic tech troubleshooting
• Proven classroom facilitation expertise with experience delivering management-level programs
• Understanding of various learning strategies including soft/technical skills training, virtual instruction, MOOCs, and microlearning
