Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced HSE Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment, develop and implement safety protocols, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
– Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
– Train employees on safety procedures and protocols
– Investigate incidents and near-misses
– Collaborate with teams to achieve safety goals
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HSE management and safety operations
– Proven track record of improving safety performance
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Lagos Island residency (mandatory)
