HR Generalist at GIG Logistics

Responsibilities

– Recruitment:

    – Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

    – Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and application tracking

    – Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks

    – Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.

– Performance Management:

    – Develop and implement performance management processes and procedures

    – Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers

    – Identify training and development needs and recommend solutions

    – Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions

– Additional Responsibilities:

    – Provide general HR support, including employee relations, benefits, and compliance

    – Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation

    – Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives

Requirements

– 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and performance management.

– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

– ⁠Professional certification in Human Resource Management e.g. CIPM, PHRI is an added advantage.
