We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Location: Lagos

 

Job Summary

The HR & Admin Manager will oversee the company’s human resources functions, people-related processes, and administrative activities. The role is designed to ensure efficient HR service delivery, compliance with labor regulations, and smooth office administration to support overall business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Drive performance management, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the Indian office and the HR team at the Nigeria headquarters.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, and exit procedures.
  • Implement HR policies in line with Indian labor laws while ensuring alignment with group-wide policies.
  • Ensure strict compliance with statutory labor and employment laws.

 

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee coworking office operations, including rental agreements, infrastructure, and supplies.
  • Manage vendor relationships such as IT service providers, suppliers, and coworking space operators.
  • Handle office procurement processes and monitor budget expenditures.
  • Ensure smooth daily running of local office operations.

 

Key Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in multinational, global, or remote team environments is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in HR and administrative functions, ideally within mid- to large-sized organizations in India.
