Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and committed Hospitality Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities. In this position, you will be key to organizing and supervising all activities to deliver a smooth and outstanding customer experience. In your role as a leader and problem solver, you will offer direction and assistance to our team.
Responsibilities
- Hire qualified personnel according to standards
- Plan and manage operations to achieve optimal efficiency
- Supervise and evaluate staff
- Take charge of budget planning and oversee expense tracking to ensure financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with established regulations and uphold quality standards consistently.
- Maintain accurate and consistent record-keeping at all times
- Compile and analyze reports for presentation to senior management.
- Ensure that supplies and equipment are available in sufficient quantity and meet quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints when necessary
- Assist in pricing products or services
Requirements
- Practical experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with effective interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitudes
- Strong knowledge of hospitality procedures and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of quality standards
Salary
N160,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
