Position Overview
We are hiring a Hospital Administrator to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Lagos facility. This role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in administrative leadership and healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Chief Administrative Officer, reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Provide leadership and coordination across all departmental heads and ensure smooth interdepartmental workflow.

Oversee daily administrative operations including facility management, staff performance, HR coordination, and service delivery.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and implement systems that promote operational excellence.

Drive business growth strategies while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements

Must currently reside in Lagos.

Must be a university graduate with certifications relevant to healthcare administration or management.

Minimum 2 years of post-NYSC work experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or structured organization managing at least 50 staff.

Proficient in IT and administrative software tools.

Membership or certification from recognized professional bodies is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
