We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Performance Improvement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of consulting experience with a strong background in strategy, transformation, organisational change, and business turnaround.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the PI team
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of consultants.
Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Lead major client engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions.
Project Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
Ensure projects are delivered within time, scope, and budget.
Performance Improvement
Provide expert guidance on strategy development and execution, transformation, organisational change, business turnaround, supply chain optimisation, merger integration, carve-out, cost optimisation and PMO implementation.
Business Development
Identify growth opportunities and contribute BD efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of consulting experience in performance improvement advisory.
Proven track record of leading successful client engagements and delivering measurable results.
