The Role
The Head of Data Science and Analytics is responsible for gathering, analyzing, processing, and modeling data to interpret results and create actionable plans for the bank. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify data-driven solutions for business challenges and opportunities.

Requirements
- First degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields
- Preferred: Graduate degree in Data Science or quantitative field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages (R, Python, SQL)
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques
- Advanced statistical knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
