Job Title: Guest Relations Manager

Job Type: Full time

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Roles/Responsibilities

Guest Relations:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide personalized assistance to guests throughout their stay, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Operations:

• Assist in the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures.
• Manage guest reservations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
• Assist in the development and implementation of guest service initiatives.

Teamwork:

• Collaborate effectively with the entire hotel team to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Train and mentor junior team members.

Administrative:

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records as required.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

Qualification

BSC/HND in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.

Salary: 300,000
