Overview of the Job

• To oversee the day-to-day operations of our guest house, we are looking for a committed and capable Guest House Officer.
• By overseeing lodging, upkeep, administrative duties, and providing exceptional customer service, the ideal applicant will guarantee outstanding visitor experiences.

Core Duties

• Oversee visitor reservations, including changes and cancellations, to guarantee seamless operations.
• Professionally oversee the smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Keep thorough records of all reservations, transactions, and visitor information.

Qualifications

• HND or a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• One to two years of hospitality management experience
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
