Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Graduate Trainees. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, support operational functions, and grow within a forward-thinking logistics and technology company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with team leads and managers across different departments. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting operational and administrative functions within your assigned team

• Developing structured work plans aligned with team goals and departmental KPIs

• Assisting with research, data entry, documentation, and day-to-day project execution

• Contributing to the development of new internal systems, workflows, or policies

• Participating in the evaluation and improvement of processes to enhance team efficiency

• Creating and maintaining data records and assisting in database management

• Generating reports and presenting findings to management as required

• Conducting research and analysis relevant to assigned projects or departments

• Collaborating on team tasks and learning from cross-functional interactions

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Strong interest in logistics, technology, operations, or business development

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data tools

• Highly organized, eager to learn, and able to adapt to new challenges

• Residing in or willing to relocate to Lagos
