The Role
Value creation, value retention, and value preservation for customers and the business are the responsibilities of the fund manager. In order to execute investment strategies, supervise investments, evaluate investment portfolios, and assess fund performance, he works in tandem with other team members.
Principal Duties:
- Create investment plans that complement the financial objectives of your clients.
- To create investment plans and guarantee efficient portfolio management, keep an eye on financial market movements.
- Consult with clients on a regular basis to assess and modify their investment holdings.
- Do your research. Under your watch, nothing is overlooked, examining each possible investment to make sure it fits with our objectives.
- Track the success of your portfolio. You’ll monitor our investments closely to make sure they’re operating at their best.
- Help with product development and client acquisition in order to increase revenue drive.
- Value creation is the fund manager’s responsibility.
- Create investing plans that complement your clients’
- Create and put into action investment plans to optimise fund value.
- To find potential investments, do in-depth financial study and analysis.
- Diversification and other risk management strategies can help you control portfolio risk.
- Review and modify investment plans on a regular basis in light of market developments.
- Make sure that all industry standards and regulations are followed.
- Effectively communicate investment ideas and fund performance to stakeholders.
- Together with other divisions, take part in creating and implementing the company’s budget and financial strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree or CFA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fund management or investment banking with a proven track record of generating returns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information.
- High level of integrity and a strong understanding of financial regulations and laws.
- Demonstrably strong Asset Management background;
- Membership of Relevant professional bodies
