Description of the Job

• Overview of the Position:

We are looking for a front desk executive with a strong sense of style, a love of design, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The ideal applicant will embody our brand’s image by exuding professionalism, style, and confidence. In a furniture showroom setting, you will help our clients find the ideal pieces for their homes while offering individualized attention and knowledgeable advice.

Principal Duties

• Customer Service: Provide a first-rate, opulent experience by interacting with clients in a friendly, assured, and informed way. Establish a relationship with our clients and learn about their wants to help them choose products.
• Brand Representation: Maintain the brand’s reputation in every encounter with customers by demonstrating your immaculate sense of style, polished appearance, and outstanding communication abilities.
• Customer Interaction: After a purchase, get in touch with customers to make sure they’re satisfied and to build lasting relationships that will encourage them to come back.
• Teamwork: To guarantee that clients have a smooth and pleasurable shopping experience, collaborate closely with other team members.
• Operational Assistance: Help with inventory control, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean and welcoming showroom.
• Product Expertise: Provide buyers with inspiring insights by showcasing your extensive understanding of our premium furniture lines, materials, design aesthetics, and functionality.
• Sales Efficiency: By using personalized selling, offering consumers customized solutions, and remaining highly professional and enthusiastic throughout the sales process, you can meet and beyond your sales targets.
• Visual Advertising: Assist in preserving the showroom’s opulent atmosphere by making sure product displays are expertly set up, in line with brand guidelines, and in line with emerging trends.

Prerequisites

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, English, or a similar discipline is required.
• 5-8 years Prior retail, sales, and customer service experience is preferred, especially in furniture or home décor.

Monthly salary: 

N150,000 to N250,000.
