Job Title: Facility Supervisor
Job type: Full Time
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Roles/Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of all building systems and equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, etc.)
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks to ensure optimal building functionality and guest safety.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Manage and supervise the work of external contractors and vendors involved in building maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and control energy consumption within the property to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the annual maintenance budget.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND)/National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field such as Engineering, Building Technology, Hospitality Management
