The Social Butterfly Haven digital marketing agency/company is seeking an experienced Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager on a remote contractual basis to join her growing team providing digital marketing services to beauty and wellness brands.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Analyse campaign performance data to inform data-driven decisions.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
- Maintain budget control, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Implement rules and automations to manage a large volume of campaigns effectively.
- Quickly address and resolve cost issues to maintain desired lead costs and ROAS.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in campaign and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lower lead costs, achieve and maintain desired KPIs, and exceed ROAS targets.
- Experience managing a high volume of campaigns with demonstrated use of rules and automations.
- Capability to solve cost problems quickly and adjust strategies as needed.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager.
- A good understanding of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
- Exceptional team player with a positive attitude, capable of adapting to high-paced changes.
