We are looking for passionate and dedicated Relief Teachers and Class Teachers to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Relief Teacher, you will be stepping in when regular teachers are unavailable, ensuring that students’ learning continues seamlessly. You will be responsible for implementing lesson plans, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting students with their educational needs.

As a Class Teacher, you will take full responsibility for the educational development of your assigned class, providing high-quality lessons, ensuring a safe and engaging classroom environment, and working closely with parents and colleagues to promote the students’ overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relief Teacher:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt to classroom needs.
  • Maintain a positive classroom environment and ensure the well-being of students.
  • Provide support and guidance to students during lessons and activities.
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure safety.
• Class Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across subjects.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly and provide feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to implement school-wide initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (or equivalent).
• Teaching certification (where applicable).
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and working with young children.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• For Relief Teachers, flexibility and adaptability are essential.
