Following the CBN’s revocation of the former bank’s operating license, the Bank absorbed the deposit liabilities, some other liabilities, and assets of Bank PHB Plc. The Bank has also met and exceeded all capital and capital adequacy standards set forth by the CBN.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Finance Personnel at Keystone Bank Limited in Lagos. The role involves financial planning, preparing financial statements, conducting financial modelling, and utilizing analytical skills to support financial initiatives.
Qualifications
Research,
- Analytical Skills and Financial Planning proficiency
- Over 4 years of experience at an investment banking firm
- Experience in Commercial Papers and Bond issuances.
- Financial Modeling expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA is a plus
