Content & Social Media Associate – Events at Lucid

Role Overview

We are seeking a superstar Content & Social Media Associate to join our events team. In this hybrid role, you will drive our social media presence by creating engaging content, amplifying our brand message, and showcasing our events as unforgettable experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with the event videography and photography team to ensure high-quality visual content that brings our events to life. Your creativity will shape how audiences perceive and interact with our events, both digitally and in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement social media strategies aligned with event goals, brand messaging, and audience insights, including occasional blog writing to enhance content diversity.
• Content Creation and Scheduling: Plan content calendars and produce engaging, on-brand content (images, videos, graphics, blog posts, and written posts) for pre-event, live coverage, and post-event sharing.
• Real-Time Event Coverage: Capture and share live updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and attendee interactions during events, adapting to schedule changes as needed.
• Engagement and Community Building: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with influencers, attendees, and partners to enhance reach and engagement.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, sentiment) to optimize strategies and ensure continuous improvement.

Experience

1-2  years of experience in social media management, preferably within the events or entertainment industry.

Proven experience managing social media accounts, video & written content creation.

Skills

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer).
• Creative, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
