The Company
Competence Asset Managers is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team.
Roles
– Manage the collection of payments from clients/customers in a timely manner.
– Follow up on outstanding debts and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.
– Maintain detailed records of collections activities and update relevant databases.
– Guide clients/debtors through repayment process, and follow up to ensure timely payments.
– Monitor payment schedules to ensure adherence to agreed- upon terms.
– Contact clients with outstanding balances via phone, mail or in-person meetings.
Minimum Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance or in a relevant field
– 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Negotiation and problem-solving skills
– Customer service skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
