Job Description:
DG Nigeria, a leading provider of construction and agricultural equipment through leasing, hiring, and sales, is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Account Management:
- Oversee the accounts of key clients, managing their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Keep clients informed about new products, services, and promotions.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions to client challenges.
- Client Feedback:
- Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Use client feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
- Client Retention:
- Develop strategies to enhance client retention and minimize churn.
- Implement customer loyalty programs to foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Familiarity with construction and agricultural equipment industry (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
