Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee and strengthen our financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with statutory regulations, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory regulations.

Treasury & Cash Flow: Monitor cash flow, manage payroll for all staff, and ensure efficient financial operations.

Process Improvement: Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to prevent financial mismanagement or leakage.

Budget Management: Lead budget preparation, track variances, and introduce cost-control measures across all departments.

Tax Management: Oversee corporate tax filings, VAT submissions, and withholding tax calculations.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Chartered Accountant certification (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, or equivalent) is mandatory.

Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience, preferably in healthcare, retail, or fast-paced corporate environments.

Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Exceptional integrity, leadership capabilities, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
