We are hiring to cover the following position:

Position Title: Chartered Accountant

Description of the Job

• Three (3) accountants with prior expertise in the software or technology sector are being hired.
• In order to ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards, the ideal applicants will possess a solid experience in accounting, finance, taxation, and financial reporting.

Principal Duties

• Oversee financial transactions, records, and reconciliations.
• Verify adherence to local tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Assist audits and communicate with regulatory agencies and outside auditors.
• Keep an eye on the general ledger entries, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Give financial information to help with cost control and decision-making.
• Manage tax computation, reporting, and statutory filings.
• Create budgets, financial reports, and financial statements.

Prerequisites

• 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting positions.
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools and accounting software.
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Five years or more of experience working for a software or technology company.
• Excellent familiarity with tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.

Monthly salary:

N400,000 to N700,000.
