Job Description
1. Demonstrated ability to streamline and improve operational processes
2. Analyze sales data and market trend to inform business decisions
3. Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency and productivity
4. Manage budget, track expenses, and ensure cost effectiveness
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum BSc in Business Administration, Management or its equivalent in any related field.
* At least 4 years proven experience as a Business development, operations management, customer relationship or a relevant field
* Familiarity with makeup and beauty treatment
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*Excellent people management and negotiation skills
*Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
*Have a decent knowledge of digital marketing, sales, and inventory management
