Business Development Officer in a Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

– Lead and manage multiple real estate projects from inception to completion.
– Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
– Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
– Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
– Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, investors, and partners.
– Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
– Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
– Oversee project budgets and financial performance.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2yrs of experience in business development or Project Manager or a related role within the real estate industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with real estate industry regulations and best practices.
