Position Summary
We are looking to hire a result-driven and strategic Business Development Officer to join our team. This role is perfect for candidates with a background in consulting and a passion for sales, client engagement, and business growth. You will be instrumental in acquiring new clients, closing deals, and establishing strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and convert business leads into long-term clients.

Maintain a detailed and up-to-date customer database.

Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.

Build lasting relationships with clients and decision-makers.

Initiate partnerships that generate new revenue opportunities.

Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.

Keep up with trends and opportunities in the consulting and HR space.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting.

Strong ability to generate and convert leads into sales.

Existing relationships with HR professionals will be an added advantage.

Active and professional presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
