Job Title: Backend Developer

Job Description
- We are looking to hire a Backend Developer to build and implement functional programs.
- You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle.
- In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Integrate software components and third-party programs
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Experience and knowledge of building well-structured and documented APIs
- Experience and knowledge working with 3rd party services and APIs.
- Minimum of 5 standard live projects.
- 4+ years experience working with Javascript, PHP & Laravel
- Experience with Vue.js
- Experience and knowledge of test-driven development
- Experience and knowledge of micro-service architecture
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge and experience working with Git
Remuneration
- N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
