The Company
A professional services company, Human Capital Partners (HCP), specializes in offering HR consulting services spanning the whole human resources value chain. In Nigeria, HCP is the company that replaced KPMG’s former Executive Selection and Training Services division.
Originally the Executive Selection division of Arthur Andersen Nigeria, the group changed its name to KPMG Nigeria’s Executive Selection & Training Services group (ES&T) in 2002. The practice became the exclusive representative of TTRO & AtPlay in West Africa in 2020 after being founded as an independent organization in July 2011. HCP was Development Dimensions International’s (DDI) sole representative in West Africa until June 2023.
The Role

This position works closely with other partners and reports to the Advisory Services Unit’s Associate Director and Partner. In order to provide Human Resources (HR) solutions to clients in a variety of industries, including as financial services, manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, government, and more, the person will oversee a team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating operations and advising services for HR.
- Directing HR initiatives and communicating with customers.
- Establishing connections with clients and spotting new business prospects.
- Overseeing group tasks and guaranteeing high-quality output.
- Directing the growth and performance of the team.
- Creating reports on business performance and engagements.
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, either domestically or abroad.
• A minimum of a second-class honours mark in any of the following fields: education, appropriate humanities courses, and the social sciences (psychology, sociology, economics, and business administration).
• It will be advantageous to have a postgraduate degree and pertinent professional certifications, such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, etc.
Work experience after NYSC
- Includes five years as a senior associate and eight years as a manager.
- Professional certifications that are pertinent to the Senior Associate and Manager position, such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, SPHR/GPHR, and SHRM-SC/SCP
