Area(s) of Concentration: Partnership Development, API Integration and Support

Objective:

Develop and maintain strategic API partnerships to drive business growth, expand FLÜD’s API ecosystem, and enhance customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand FLÜD’s API ecosystem.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage potential API partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to integrate partner APIs.
•  Manage existing partnerships, ensuring revenue growth and partner satisfaction.
•  Develop and maintain technical documentation for API integrations.
•  Provide support for API-related issues and troubleshoot integration problems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.

What you should have:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or API integrations.
• Technical Background: Solid understanding of APIs, developer platforms, and API management platforms (e.g., Postman, Apigee).
• Networking Skills: Excellent collaboration, account management, analytical, problem-solving,  communication skills and networking skills.
• Strategic Development: Proven experience developing and managing strategic technology partnerships.
• Software: Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Passion for Sustainability: Commitment to FLÜD’s vision of sustainably powering mobility.
