Renatachef Nigeria is one of Nigeria’s top providers of chef rentals, catering, and hospitality consultancy services. The company serves clients all throughout Nigeria with private chef services.

We are hiring to cover the following position:

Title of Position: Administrative Officer

Where: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Duties

• Respond to consumer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and SMS promptly, accurately, and politely.
• Be extremely knowledgeable about all of the company’s services and procedures so that you may better assist consumers with their questions and grievances.
• Collaborate closely with the team to guarantee smooth operation, even on the weekends.
• Share product and service details on WhatsApp.
• Accept and handle consumer orders
• Address consumer grievances to guarantee client pleasure.
• Create a sales invoice that is free of errors before sending it to clients.

Experiences and Certifications

• Sc. in social science, mass communication, or a similar field in hospitality. At least 2:1.
• At least five years of experience working for a reputable food service or hospitality organization.
• It is essential to have prior experience managing social media, customer support, or administrative tasks.

Proficiency:

• Outstanding verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Solid commitment and a critical mindset
• Excellent initiative and the capacity to function well under extreme duress
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems.
• Outstanding time-management and organizing abilities
• Willing to pick things up quickly

Monthly salary

N180,000 + alluring benefits.
